Ashita mo mata Jitensha
______Album: SailorStars Senshi Singles: Sailor Mercury / Mizuno Ami
______Artist: Hisakawa Aya

This is Ami's image song from the Sailor Stars Season. It's also the song from the Ami-chan no Hatsukoi movie (it was the instrumental opening theme). I don't really like the lyrics, but the music is fluffy and happy, so it balances out. I love the "'Me ... no mae ... ni ...' pluck, pluck, pluck, pluck, pluck!" thingy for her choruses (you'll understand once you hear it).

Hottokenai Yo!
______Album: Sailormoon ~ Ai ha Doko ni Aruno? ~
______Artists: Hisakawa Aya, Tomizawa Michie

This is a cute little song from the first season of BSSM. Rei and Ami talk about how they can't leave Usagi alone because they're her friends. It has sort of an 80's type drum-synthesized beat to it. I do like the little harmony towards the end when they're saying "Mercury Power/ Mars Power / Make Up!"

Jingle Bells
______Album: Sailormoon SuperS - Christmas For You
______Artist: Hisakawa Aya

This is Ami's rendition of the popular 'Jingle Bells.' There's a part in the middle where she speaks of how Santa brings happiness to all the kids around the world. It's got that cute like "jingle-like" quality to it, but it does have the violins making that kind of blowy/windy winter breeze towards the end. Really good version!

Koibito ni Hanarenai Kedo

______Album: Sailormoon R Singles Collection: Sailormercury / Mizuno Ami
______Artist: Hisakawa Aya

A sad song hidden beneath a happy tone. Ami is talking to someone about how she loves them, but they love another, and how she has to stay happy watching them be together. I gotta admit, I fall asleep when I listen to this song all the time! I know it's supposed to be sad and all, but it's got such a "happy" and "giddy" beat that I just can't take it. Get this if you wanna get some rest.

Onaji Namida wo Wakeatte

______Album: Sailormoon R ~ Mirai he Mukette ~
______Artist: Hisakawa Aya
The Album version of this song is very different from the TV version with different lyrics. Shandi Sinnamon has a rather good voice; not quite Ami-like but I still like it. It's not as good as the TV version, so I have no idea why they decided to use this one for the album.

Only A Memory Away

______Album: Sailor Moon: Songs From the Hit TV Series
______Artist: Shandi Sinnamon

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
______Album: Sailormoon SuperS - Christmas For You
______Artists: Peach Hips

The popular Christmas song performed in Japanese! You all should know what they're saying, except the dialogue in the middle. In it, Usagi and the girls wonder what Santa looks like without his hat and beard. Usagi plans to stay up all night just to see him but ends up getting tired. Cute rendition.

Sailormoon Christmas
______Album: Sailormoon SailorStars - Merry Christmas
______Artist: Peach Hips

A cute christmas song perfromed by the Inner Senshi. There's cooking, scolding, presents, and love; a song that shows the personalities of the Inners. I love Ami's part when she says "hora howaito kurisumasu (Christmas)"; it's so beautiful!

Someday...Somebody
______Album: Sailormoon ~ In Another Dream ~
______Artist: Hisakawa Aya

In this song, Ami talks about her dreams of love and how wonderful it will be. The sound is not at all like her previous monologue. It's actually one of her more "happier" and "up-beat" songs in the Anime. The synthesized instruments do make the song sound a little corny, but it's still pretty sweet.

Tsukini Kawatte Oshioki Yo!
______Album: Sailormoon ~ Ai ha Doko ni Iruno?
______Artists: Mitsuishi Kotono, Hisakawa Aya, Tomizawa Michie

This is a nice trio by the first three Inner Senshi. It's kinda catchy, but tends to get a little annoying towards the end. The beat makes me think of the senshi transforming and fighting. Kinda goes with the title, ne?
